From unknown, in another thread: "Hi! May I suggest a few things The scope of this wiki seems unlimited. Maybe it should focus first on a few subjects, type of sources (tv OR radio internet) localized to a country. If the country is Switzerland, french or german speaking part, is English the correct choice? [..] "

Good general questions!
- Probably you don't mean the Blog which is mainly a means to attract attention to this site and to the reason for this site; there's no reason to make it not general. And neither do you mean the Forum, which mainly serves as an improved version of "Talk" pages for the Wiki.
- So we're talking about the Wiki which is central to this site. Although the possible topics are unlimited, the scope of the Wiki is rather focused on creating strongly improved versions of topics in the English Wikipedia that are clearly misinforming readers. And the aim is to achieve that in such a way that individual contributors won't need to spend too much time on it. I hoped to have made that clear in the first paragraph of the Intro. A second scope is to create an overview of web checking sites with appreciation and perhaps motivated ranking - it can be regarded as a help tool for the articles, just as the page on "other wiki's" that is developing.

This is a global site and English is the main global language; that one blog post relates to a Swiss German TV program is coincidental, next time it could be for example about a newspaper in Russia - as long as it can be found on Internet. With enough participation we may consider to mirror to and from French or German or Spanish, even Chinese (I don't think that it's wise to follow Wikipedia in creating independent language versions, as that multiplies time spending). As I have several French speaking friends, I already translated with help from Google one blog post in French, just for them!
