No doubt the Berne convention on copyright applies, in particular article 10.

In addition, as I mentioned in the topic on hyperlinks, if we are pretty sure that linking to content at a certain address will rob sales money from a copyright owner, then we should abstain from providing a direct link to that content.

Further, Wikipedia has a long article on copyright that seems more restrictive than needed: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Wikipedia:Copyrights.
Probably this means that copies of Wikipedia articles should be without copyright problems.
