Wiki topics . . . . Forum topics . . . . Blog topics

With the vast amount of information that we nowadays have access to, it's not possible for an individual to sort out fair and honest information from disinformation and propaganda.

Search engines serve links to Wikipedia articles near the top of their results, but some of those articles are extremely unreliable. And when we look for better information, the choice is often between two extremes: more unquestioned "mainstream" dogma or "alternative" sites of doubtful reliability.

This new website is meant to serve as a tool for a community of people who want to be well informed. Together we can achieve much more while spending less time individually.

  • The focus is our own research-based wiki, correcting selected Wikipedia articles. Planned categories:
    • Fact Checking websites - existing fact checking sites (started already)
    • Current affairs - debated topics that are in the news
    • Society - still relevant topics that have been in the news (or should have been)
    • Environment - air pollution, pesticides etc.
    • Health - medicine, alternative medicine, food supplements etc.
    • Science - history of science, relativity, quantum mechanics etc.
(Proposals for topics here)
Count: 24 pages
  • With a blog (started February 2019). Recent blog posts:
    • Sea level rise and NASA
    • Climate: "Deniers" and "Believers"
    • Bill Browder and the European Court of Human Rights (Magnitsky myth exploded!)

As discussed in Project:Organization and operation, we will introduce a new method to arrive at a reasonably objective and fair presentation of facts in our Wiki articles.

Not In The News (but should have been?):

Courage Foundation panel criticizes ‘Unacceptable Practices’ in the OPCW’s investigation of the Alleged Chemical Attack in Douma, Syria on April 7th 2018. 'Key information about chemical analyses, toxicology consultations, ballistics studies, and witness testimonies was suppressed, ostensibly to favor a preordained conclusion.'

'Studies funded by the Swiss National Science Foundation expect human-induced global warming to tail off slightly over the next few decades. A weaker sun could reduce temperatures by half a degree.'
